WORKING VISIT OF MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES AND HEALTH
POLYTECHNICS TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
28 – 30 NOVEMBER 2017
The Ministry of Health, Brunei Darussalam through the International Affairs Office, received a working visit from the Ministry of Health (MOH), Republic of Indonesia, Pharmaceutical Companies and Health Polytechnics of the Republic of Indonesia.
The delegation which was headed by Sugiyanto, S. , Head of Centre of Education of Health Resources, Ministry of Health, will be in the country for three days, from 28th to 30th November 2017. Among the delegation is Arko Hananto Budiadi, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Brunei Darussalam. Bilateral discussions of the working visit were conducted at the Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong.
The objectives of the working visit are to discuss on the establishment of training network and collaboration between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Indonesia as well as to exchange views on the possibility of bilateral cooperation in the supply and procurement of drugs from Indonesia Pharmaceutical Companies.
The delegation will also have the opportunity to visit the Women and Children Centre, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital and the Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences of Universiti Brunei Darussalam to learn more of the roles and functions of the institutions.
