​2​Midwives Act [Cap 139] Midwives Regulations​1 January 1956 ​An Act to provide for the regulation and control of midwifery in Brunei Darussalam, the registration of midwives and all matters ancillary thereto.
​3​Medical Practitioners and Dentists Act [Cap 112] ​1 January 1957 ​An Act to provide for the registration of medical practitioners and dentist in Brunei Darussalam. This Act also establishes the Medical Board which consists of the Director-General of Medical Services as chairman and other members being duly qualified medical practitioners and dentists as His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam may appoint from time to time.
​4​Poisons Act [Cap 114] ​1 July 1957 ​An Act to regulate the importation, possession, manufacture, compounding, storage, transport and sale of poisons. 
​5​Nurses Registration Act [Cap 140] ​1 January 1968 ​An Act to provide for the registration of nurses in Brunei Darussalam.
​5a​Nurses Registration [Nursing Board for Brunei] Regulations, 2002​2002​These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Nursing Board for Brunei including the members as well as proceedings of meetings for the Nursing Board.
​6​Public Health [Food] Act [Cap 182] ​1 January 2001 ​An act to make specific provisions to regulate public health in respect of food and for matters connected therewith. 
​6a​Public Health [Food] Regulations​1 January 2001​Provisions in the Regulations include procedures for taking samples for the purpose of analysis, food labelling, permissible food additives and standards for use of water, steam or ice.
​7​Pharmacists Registration Order, 2001 1 July 2001 ​​This Order provides for the registration of pharmacists in Brunei Darussalam and the establishment of a Pharmacy Board with the Director of Pharmacy Services as chairman. 
​7a​Pharmacists Registration [Disciplinary] Rules, 2010​1 September 2010​These Regulations provides for procedures for the Pharmacy Board in respect of disciplinary actions. 
​8​Infectious Diseases Act [Cap 204]​8 May 2003 ​An Act to prevent the introduction and spread in Brunei Darussalam and the transmission from Brunei Darussalam, of infectious diseases.
​8a​Infectious Diseases [Quarantine] Regulations​28 December 2006​Among the provisions included in the Regulations are quarantine measures to which infected etc vessels arriving at any port in Brunei Darussalam may be subjected. 
​9​9 Tobacco Order, 2005 ​1 June 2008​An Order to prohibit advertisements relating to smoking, to control the use of tobacco products, to control the sale, promotion, packaging and trade description of tobacco products and to prohibit smoking in specified places and vehicles. 
​9a​Tobacco [Composition of Offences] Regulations, 2007​1 June 2008​These Regulations sets forth the offences in the Tobacco Order which can be compounded. 
​9b​Tobacco [Licensing of Importers, Wholesalers and Retailers], 2007 ​1 June 2008​Under these Regulations, wholesalers, importers and retailers of tobacco products are required to be licensed with annual fees
​9c​Tobacco [Prohibition in Certain Places] [Amendment] Notification, 2012 ​1 June 2008​Aside from government premises, hospitals, medical clinics, nursing homes, shopping complexes, eating places, restaurants, hotel lobbies, educational institutions smoking is also prohibited in recreational parks, markets, tamus, public staircases, lifts, toilets and airports. 
​9d​Tobacco [Labelling] Regulations, 2007 ​1 December 2008​These Regulations provide for pictorial health warnings and labels for tobacco products.

​10a​Medicines [Cosmetic Products] Regulations, 2007 ​1 January 2008​These Regulations provide for the regulation of importation, registration, promotion, advertisement and sale of cosmetic products in Brunei Darussalam. 
​10b​Medicines [Licensing, Standard Provisions and Fees] Regulations, 2010​1 July 2010​These Regulations provide for the issue of licenses – product, import, manufacture and wholesale - for medicinal products in Brunei Darussalam. 
​10c​Medicines [Labelling] Regulations, 2010​1 July 2010 ​Medicinal products in particular dispensed medicinal products by medical practitioners or dentists are required to be labelled accordingly.
