Phase Alert System. The Press Briefing was

Junaidi, Medical Officer, Disease Control
Division, Department of Environmental Health
Services, Ministry of Health.
The Press Briefing covers the issues and

level of the Pandameic Phase Alert System and
Pandemic Waves. Currently the global response
alert is at Phase 5. Hence, Phase 5 is

affected at this stage, the declaration of Phase
5 is a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent
and that the time to finalize the organization,
communication, and implementation of the planned
mitigation measures is short.
