What is Bru-HIMS?
|
e-Health initiative by the Ministry of Health to implement an efficient, effective and modern healthcare information and management system which is in line with international best practices.

Integrates & manages patient's information and stores patient's information electronically.
|
|
A comprehensive and centralized system where patient's records and information can be retrieved by their UNIQUE BN number from any health facilities.
|
|
Replaces the traditional manual system which it will update all the patients' medical records into the system.
|
|
Therefore every individual will have one electronic record, hence One Patient, One Record.
|
When was Bru-HIMS launched?
|
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam launched Bru-HIMS on 11 September 2012 at the Knowledge Convention 2012.
