1. Director of Nursing Services as the Registrar of Nurses.
    
2. Three (3) Principal Nursing Officers.
    
3. Principal of a local Nursing Institution.
    
4. Three (3) Senior Nursing Officers.
    
5. One (1) Nursing Officer from Panaga Health Centre.
    
6. One (1) Senior Administrator from the Ministry of Health.
    
7. One (1) Medical Officer.
    
8. One (1) Retired Nurse.
