COSMETIC PRODUCT NOTIFICATION


Cosmetic products in Brunei Darussalam are

regulated by the Medicines (Cosmetic Products) Regulations, 2007,

which is in line with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive.


Cosmetic products can only be marketed after it has been notified to the

Ministry of Health through an upfront declaration of compliance by the importer or

manufacturer before placing the cosmetic product in the local market.

Membuat penelitian dan pengesahan ke atas borang pemohonan notifikasi produk kosmetik yang dihadapkan dari tarikh penerimaan sehingga Surat Penerimaan (acknowledgment letter) Notifikasi Produk Kosmetik dikeluarkan.8 hari
2.Membuat penelitian dokumen yang dihadapkan bagi borang perubahan maklumat produk kosmetik yang dinotifikasi dari tarikh penerimaan.5 hari
3.Membuat penelitian dan memproses permohonan pembaharuan notifikasi produk kosmetik dari tarikh penerimaan sehingga Surat Penerimaan (acknowledgment letter) Notifikasi Produk Kosmetik diendos.10 hari​
